Level 1

Main Auditorium

Built in areas of 5600 sq. mtrs with a ground floor and balcony.

Total seating capacity of 2100 people.

Ground floor is of 2745 sq. mtrs with 1287 eating capacity.

Balcony id of 1000 sq. mtrs with a capacity of 621 people.

The Stage in the auditorium is of 15 x 25 mtrs. Facilities for projection of films.

Other facilities including green rooms, orchestra pit, sound cand lighting room.

Has acoustic false ceiling and well planning.

Level 2

Cellar in main Auditorium

Area below the entrance foyer is a false cellar (ie it is below the floor level but above the adjoining ground level)

One mini conference rooms of 200 capacity which can be subdivided in to two halls of 100 capacity this hall can also be used, as art gallery.

Two conference rooms of 50 capacities each.

Provides for air handling units for AC plants and space for electrical services.

A cafeteria and two toilets blocks are provided.

Level 3

Air conditioned under ground Multi Utility Hall

Can be compartmentalized based on requirements, 25% of in hall is ear marked for kitchen and pantry and the remaining 75% for conference and dinning hall as per requirements.

Facilities such as toilets, chairs stores, dish washroom, hand washroom and water-cooling space to be provided.
