Air Conditioning:
The center is fully air-conditioned and is serviced through the foyer allowing ease of access for patrons attending your event.

Fire fighting:
The Auditorium, dining hall and conference rooms were equipped with fire extinguishers, wet riser fire fighting system and sprinkler system to fight the fire accidents. The fire fighting authorities of government of Andhra Pradesh approves entire system along with suitable pumping system and undisturbed water storage pump maintained at all times. There will be periodical inspection and mock drills carried out regularly.
